How to change my subscription plan?

We understand that you may want to change your subscription plan, and we're here to assist you. Here are the steps to follow:

When changing or canceling your subscription plan in the Fax App, it’s important to understand how this affects your fax number and the timing of your new plan. Below, we provide detailed guidance to ensure a smooth transition.

iOS

  1. Open the Settings app.

  2. Tap your name at the top.

  3. Select Subscriptions.

  4. Tap the Fax app subscription under Active or Expired.

  5. Tap See All Plans and choose your preferred subscription tier.

Please note that the new subscription plan will only be applied after the current, already paid subscription plan ends. This is an Apple restriction, not ours.

Additionally, if you switch to a different subscription plan without canceling your current subscription, your rented fax number will remain the same, ensuring continuity of service.

To ensure a seamless transition when changing or canceling your subscription plan, avoid canceling if possible to retain your fax number automatically. If you do cancel, make sure to resubscribe within the grace period to keep your fax number. Plan ahead for billing periods to understand when the new plan will take effect. Android

  1. Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device.

  2. Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner.

  3. Select "Payments & subscriptions."

  4. Tap "Subscriptions."

  5. Locate the subscription you want to restart—if resubscribing is allowed, you’ll see a “Resubscribe” or “Manage” option.

  6. Tap it and follow the on-screen prompts to resume the subscription.

Please note that the new subscription plan will only be applied after the current, already paid subscription plan ends. This is a Google restriction, not ours.

Furthermore, if you cancel your current plan and later decide to resubscribe, your fax number will be preserved as long as you resubscribe within the grace period after your current plan ends.

Please drop us a chat with Support, specifying the last 4 digits of the card number and the expiry date of the card. Our Support team will search for the account details with this information to help with your request.
