I want to transfer from one iOS device to another iOS device
If you have a subscription to our app and would like to use it on another iPhone, you will need to ensure that you are authorized with the same Apple ID on both devices. This is necessary to ensure that your subscription is accessible on both devices.
Here are the steps you need to follow to use your subscription on another iPhone:
Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID on both devices.
Open the app store on the iPhone you want to use the subscription on.
Find and download the Fax app.
You can just open the app and sign in using the same account you used to purchase the subscription.
Your subscription should now be available on the second iPhone.
Kindly click on the «Buy Subscription» button followed by the «Restore» button located in the upper right-hand corner. Upon using the appropriate Apple ID, an existing subscription purchased on a different device will become active.

I want to transfer from an Android device to another Android device
If you want to use your subscription on another Android device, you need to make sure that you are authorized with the same email in Play Market on both devices. Once you use the email in Play Market on both devices and click on the "Restore subscription" button in the "Info" tab within the app on the new device, the subscription should automatically appear on the other device after downloading the app on a that device.
Kindly note that your sent fax history and previously rented number may not be restored on the new device.
