Select «Subscriptions». If you do not see «Subscriptions», please select «iTunes & App Store» instead, then tap your Apple ID, select «View Apple ID», sign in, scroll down to Subscriptions, and tap it.
Choose the Fax app subscription.
Tap «Cancel Subscription». If you do not see the option to cancel, it is likely that the subscription has already been canceled and will not renew.
