Canceling your subscription on Fax App requires specific steps depending on the platform you used to subscribe. Simply deleting the app will not cancel your subscription; you must complete the cancellation process to avoid future charges.

Please be aware that if you subscribed through the App Store or Play Market, we cannot cancel your subscription on your behalf due to technical and privacy constraints.

iOS

Canceling your subscription on iOS is straightforward. Please follow the steps below to ensure the process is completed successfully:

  1. Open the Settings app on your iOS device.

  2. Tap on your name.

  3. Select Subscriptions. (If you don’t see Subscriptions, select iTunes & App Store, then tap your Apple ID, choose View Apple ID, sign in, scroll down to Subscriptions, and tap it.)

  4. Choose the Fax App subscription.

  5. Tap Cancel Subscription. (If you do not see the option to cancel, it is likely that the subscription has already been canceled and will not renew.)

  4. Select Payments & subscriptions.

  5. Tap Subscriptions.

  6. Find and select the Fax App subscription.

  7. Tap Cancel subscription and follow the on-screen prompts to confirm.
