How to turn off subscription and unsubscribe

Please be aware that if you subscribed through the App Store or Play Market, we cannot cancel your subscription on your behalf due to technical and privacy constraints.

iOS

Please follow the steps below to cancel your subscription:

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.

  2. Tap your Apple ID name at the top of the screen.

  3. Select "Subscriptions."

    • If you don’t see it: tap "Media & Purchases" > "View Account" > "Subscriptions"

  4. Find and tap on the Fax app subscription (or any subscription you want to cancel).

  5. Tap "Cancel Subscription" and confirm.

    • If you don’t see this option, the subscription is likely already canceled and won’t renew.

💡 It's important to note that if you cancel your subscription, you will still have access to the app's premium features until the end of the billing cycle. After that, you will revert to the free version of the app.

Android

Please follow the steps below to cancel your subscription through the Google Play Store:

  1. Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device.

  2. Make sure you're signed in to the correct Google account.

  3. Tap your profile icon in the top right corner.

  4. Select "Payments & subscriptions".

  5. Tap "Subscriptions".

  6. Find the subscription you want to cancel and tap it.

  7. Tap "Cancel subscription" and follow the prompts to confirm.

I subscribed on the website

Please drop us a chat with Support, specifying the last 4 digits of the card number and the expiry date of the card, we will cancel your subscription manually as soon as possible.
