For iPhone and Macbook users
Ensure Apple ID consistency:
Ensure you are signed in to your Macbook using the same Apple ID as your iPhone. This is crucial for syncing your subscription and data across devices.
Install the app on your Macbook:
Visit the provided link on your Macbook to install the Fax app.
Once the app is installed, open it.
Activate the subscription:
In the app on your Macbook, click on the «Buy Subscription» button.
Afterward, click on the «Restore» button located in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
Ensure that you are signed in with the same Apple ID that you used to purchase the subscription on your iPhone.
Subscription synchronization:
By using the appropriate Apple ID, any existing subscription you've purchased on a different device will become active on your Macbook.
Sending faxes from your Macbook:
With the subscription synchronized, you can now easily send faxes from your Macbook and your iPhone.
Android and Windows users
Unfortunately, at this time, the Fax app on Macbook is only available for iPhone and Macbook users. If you are using Android and Windows devices, this feature is not available yet.
