Phone number deletion
If your subscription for a particular phone number is not renewed for any reason, the number will be automatically deleted from your account. This is standard practice to ensure that only active, subscribed phone numbers are associated with your account.
Reacquiring a deleted phone number
If you wish to reacquire a phone number that was previously deleted from your account, follow these steps:
Open the app: Launch the app on your device.
Attempt to purchase the old number: Enter the old phone number in the app's designated area for purchasing a new number. If the number is available, you can select and purchase it again.
Proceed with the purchase: If the old number is available, proceed with the purchase as you would with any new number.
Availability not guaranteed: Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the availability of a previously deleted phone number. It depends on whether the number has been reissued to our pool of available numbers. Therefore, it's essential to enter the old number into the app and see if it is available for repurchase.
