Troubleshooting Recipient Non-Receipt
If the recipient is unable to locate the fax despite its «Delivered» status:
Ensure the Recipient Checks Their Fax System: Ask the recipient to verify that their fax system is functioning properly.
Verify Correct Fax Number: Check if the recipient has provided a correct fax number.
